Welcome to Tony Johnson Productions.

The company was formed in 1998, its basic function was to put together (from scratch) several shows per year for summer season tours of British Holiday parks, and Xmas seasons in venues like the Marriott Hotels, and Sunderland's Stadium of Light.

After 5 successful years the company was put on hold while Tony went back to treading the boards in Theatres nation-wide as a member of the cast in the hit musical LONNIE D which depicted the life and times of the King of Skiffle, Lonnie Donegan.

Now in partnership with Julieanne Kelly, an excellent singer born in Whitehaven Julieanne has worked extensively nation-wide, and was lead singer with Popular band Tribute before moving to the North-east of England, We are aiming to re-launch the company, with the aim of supplying Good Quality Acts into Clubs and Entertainment Bars in Cumbria, and West Cumbria.

Tony Johnson now 50 (but doesn't look it!) has 35 years as a musician and Singer under his belt. Starting with local bands in his hometown of Carlisle Tony moved on to London working as a session singer. After getting the London scene out of his system Tony then worked abroad for a couple of years. On returning to Britain he moved the short distance to the north-east joining his first cabaret act Dave Bassants Musical Time Machine. Later working for A.I.R. he formed the very successful Bermuda Triangle, working worldwide. His session work then re-emerged as one of the most used male voices in Radio and T.V. advertisements.
